The Micro Business Network Acceptable Use Policy
The Micro Business Network is a growing community for professional businesses. Whilst our priority is to facilitate serious business opportunities, we are happy to have a bit of fun along the way too as long as it does not get out of hand. It is necessary to have a few simple rules, but we enforce them in a common sense way and, as long as you apply similar common sense you need never fall foul of our administrators.
General Rules
While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts blogs or communications, personal attacks, prejudice or discrimination or inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters.
Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your communication count is not allowed. Spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the forum email and Private message system to spam other members.
Advertising is permitted in explicitly commercial areas only. Blatant advertising in signatures or profiles is forbidden.
Please wait a reasonable amount of time before bumping communications. Use at least 12 hours as a guideline.
We do not allow posts that are sexual in nature or violate the community standards. Discussion of illegal activities such as software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations are not allowed.
The Micro Business Network administrators shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards.
Each member is allowed only one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is forbidden and action will be taken, we also reserve the right to publish to the community who is using multiple logins.
We reserve the right to remove offensive communications without notice. We may or may not post a private or public explanation, at our own discretion
The language of The Micro Business Network is English.
Whilst these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently, we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure that The Micro Business Network is not disrupted or abused in any way. We reserve the absolute right to refuse or remove accounts without benefit of appeal from anyone who, in our opinion, wilfully violates these rules, as access to The Micro Business Network is a privilege and not a right.
